Yikes. From time to time I observe RVs on the road. While seeing them, I always wonder what it’s like inside. I know some of them can be kind of luxurious. But then I’m frozen by the concept of actually driving these and what the cabin is like and my thoughts are like… no.
Now let me be clear. I am not the kind of person to ridicule other people’s fun. If you want to do that, go for it. I do not. However, with all that in mind, the idea of renting an RV actually bit me the other day. I mean, what if you found out you could drive these and were just driving. You could travel all over the country. You could sleep in it. I bet it gets bad gas mileage.
It’s probably better to locate RVs for sale and buy one, but that sounds like the need for someone who actually wants to live this way of life. I mean, that’s a large commitment. Really.
So, you’ve got this large vehicle and you’re taking it all over the city, or rather, the prairie because I’m pretty certain they do not work in a city. But it could be fun I think if you’re the right type of person. Let me be exact here, I am not. But I know I’m not everybody.
Moreover, I’m not sure I could take that much time off of work. I am busy at work. I’m not sure I could just be like later guys, I’m planning to be out for months. So the concept is still confusing to me. People want to live in a vehicle? Again, no judgement. But that doesn’t sound nice to me. Even if it’s a huge vehicle with benches and a mattress and stuff. Let’s be truthful. Really, I could see how someone could be interested in that. I’m sure in certain ways it works. I’m just not sure if they are for me.
When people are out in their journeys, I bet they are liking it, though. Really. There are probably, to those people, few things as enjoyable. I’m being honest. People who like things tend to experience peace when doing them, and to some, being on the highway creates peace. Now, when we are talking things that bring peace… I’m not sure what I should say about me. I’m a bit different compared to many people. Mostly personal development is what brings me joy. However, my reasons for this are mostly because of my youth.
