You will find that after a week weeks you run those on autopilot and you will not get irritated anymore by what is happening around you in terms of eating. The motivation is all important and it gets stronger every day, when you see your progress, even it may be only a small one. But you know that you are on the right track and can keep going on that route!&lt;br&gt;I taught this principle to my spa guests and 95 % of them made it through the first weeks and freed themselves from unhealthy habits.</description>

		<description>Congratulations on the good diet. You&#039;re right on with eating too much per sitting. There&#039;s just so much unnecessary overeating in this country. It makes us fat, and it stresses the food industry, and it wastes food. Why eat 6 slices when 2 will do? Good job.</description>

I always taught my clients that before starting anything and as you know-it works and you start shedding the pounds faster! Its all habit! Nutrition-wise, you dont necessarily need to do a full change of diet but modify certain food choices and control the portion sizes. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You can still have pretzels but get sandwich bags and fill them with pretzels and take one to two bags of pretzels to work a day. This is will help control your portion sizes. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also, another bit of advice is when you eat dinner use a smaller plate than what you usually would use for breakfast and/or dinner. This will again help with modification of behavior and portion control. Small changes like this will make all the difference in the world!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Again, great job!
