Am I tracking calories?
Yes.
I have started. I won’t share the site I’m using except to say it’s new to me. After I have a chance to explore and use it a bit more I’ll share it, but I wouldn’t want my mentioning it to constitute advising you to use it.
My total calories are doing ok, but I need to shift my intake to earlier in the day and I need more protein. I can make that happen, though. Also, I’m ingesting WAY too much sodium, which may explain a few things.
Awareness is the first step to improvement, though. (I should probably trademark that phrase, eh? Oh well, it’s copyrighted now so that’ll have to do for the moment!)
Not to worry, I won’t bore you with a daily food log. Once a week I’ll do a summary and “lessons-learned”. Probably sufficient, donchathink?
