Am I tracking calories?

Yes.

I have started. I won’t share the site I’m using except to say it’s new to me. After I have a chance to explore and use it a bit more I’ll share it, but I wouldn’t want my mentioning it to constitute advising you to use it.

My total calories are doing ok, but I need to shift my intake to earlier in the day and I need more protein. I can make that happen, though. Also, I’m ingesting WAY too much sodium, which may explain a few things.

Awareness is the first step to improvement, though. (I should probably trademark that phrase, eh? Oh well, it’s copyrighted now so that’ll have to do for the moment!) ;-)

Not to worry, I won’t bore you with a daily food log. Once a week I’ll do a summary and “lessons-learned”. Probably sufficient, donchathink?
