The Dreaded “Before” Photo
Never before have you seen a man more in need of diet and exercise. Right now, I am 345 lbs, just 4 lbs shy of my top weight. Three years ago I lost 60 pounds in 6 months before petering out. I watched every calorie I put in my mouth and I did an outstanding job of maintaining my daily exercise plan. Eventually, I plateaued when I started a job that required me to be on my feet 8 hours per day. Unfortunately, those 8 hrs were not aerobic; rather, I pretty much stood in one place. The results was sore feet and legs, a bad back, and physical therapy. Since then, the weight has come back on steadily at the rate of 20 pounds per year.
I suck.
