The Hundreddayheadstart.com To-Do List
Hi there. I’m back.
No excuses, no apologies. I was off the bandwagon, now I’m back on. Both dieting and blogging.
The annual kickoff date for the hundreddayheadstart is September 23 – 100 days before New Year’s Day. The idea is to not wait for New Year’s to start diet and fitness program you’ve been meaning to start.
A couple years ago, I managed to lose about 60 lbs in 6 months. 56 have come back, as of the weigh-in at my doctor’s office. Here we go again!
So, here’s the diet, fitness, and blogging to-do list, in no particular order:
- Start logging food intake.
- Get out and walk 20 minutes per night – not so easy for my morbidly obese ass.
- Update the website template.
- Settle the internal debate I’m having over twittering/facebooking my journey under my own name or the hundreddayheadstart.com “brand” for lack of a better word.
- Post a “Before” picture – I don’t think I’ve ever done this before.
I suppose that’s enough for now. Just need to take this in small bites for now – in every way!
