Lunch: American Cheese Sandwich w/ Miracle Whip.

I’m so good. Not. Time to get it under control and get back on the bandwagon.

  • Fat will cause a lot of dangerous diseases. you should try to lose your weigh from now on. you can cut off some meal, or food in the meal, spend time to go to exercise, and apply diet meal at lest 1 year.

    No what you mean i lose it one day gain it the next. Swimming three times a week seems to lose me 1 kg a month thou so i keep perserving

  • Your breakfast sounds delicious. But not a very good start of the day, especially if you're trying to lose weight. Don't worry, you'll do better with a little discipline.
