I eat a lot of fruits (hardly any veggies) and also in the mornings I fill up on frosted mini wheats and I find that...ahem...that amount of fiber seems to do the trick. I know the frosted mini wheats are sugary but hell, we can&#039;t have everything perfect now, can we? :)
