If nothing else, I ought to be able to post about what I’m eating, correct?

Well, that depends on me sticking to logging my meals… so, we’ll see…

  • I am starting back at the gym on monday gave it up 3 years ago and have piled the weight on,begining to hate going out as everyone I meet just loves to comment on how much weight I have put on,I have a very sweet tooth,and in the past when I cut out choc and fries the weight would come off rapid,but at over the dreaded 45 mark I think I will have to get the food diary out again. I know that in the past when I kept a food diary it helped me lose weight ,I got to lose a stone at least,I don`t have a thing that fits me,here`s hoping.

    I have been on a diet for the past couple of weeks not and i think making a journal definitely helps. I keeps you on track of everything you are eating and it also helps if you have put on weight that week so access the reason why this has happened. Good luck with your weight loss.

    I diet and fitness journal is one of the best methods to lose weight. It helps to quantify your intake of calories comsumed and you output of calories burned. It was amazing for me to see exactly what I was eating when I put it on paper. Those little eztras throughout the day did not seem like much...but looked like a lot in my journal. My journal ended up being one of the most helpful tools to keep me on the right path.
